So, I can barely walk or stay awake right now.
Monday morning, I did a 4 mile run.
Wednesday, I did Body Pump and a sprint workout after work.
Thursday after work, I ran 4 miles then played softball.
Friday after work, I played in a softball game with my other team.
This morning, Saturday, I ran A 5K.
I need to sit the eff down and take a damn nap.
