Italian (and “Canadian?”) Chicken

So, I made this tonight with stuff that we had, and it was amazing!

Sprinkle Italian seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Put the chicken in a the Pampered Chef deep-covered baker (or whatever you’re baking it in). Put in the microwave for 15 minutes (or bake it the oven until chicken is cooked).

Spoon some spaghetti sauce over top of the chicken. Place a slice of Canadian bacon on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Put the baker back in the microwave (or back in the oven) for 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted if using an oven).

Then, eat the hell out of it.
