Ambiance is key, hence the dimmed lights and quiet, classical music. There are two things that you as a massage therapist must avoid in order to preserve said ambiance:
1. If you are a mouth-breather, your heavy breathing will be loud. As such, you ought to consider blowing your noise.
2. If you had something funky for breakfast or nothing at all, your stomach will betray you and gurgle obnoxiously. So, eat well.
